We focus on Bible prophecy each week for about five-minutes. Since we are living in the Last Days, we want to know the signs of the time.
The Bible is about 30% prophecy. There are about 500 unfulfilled, Last Days prophecies. Since every past prophecy has been literally fulfilled, we expect every future prophecy to be literally fulfilled.
There is a weird prophecy concerning the antichrist in the future Great Tribulation. He and his accomplice, the False Prophet, are referred to as “Beasts.” The antichrist is “the first Beast,” and the False Prophet is “the second Beast.”
Let me read it to you.
Rev 13:11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.
Rev 13:12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
Rev 13:13 He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.
Rev 13:14 And he deceives those who dwell on the earth – by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived.
Rev 13:15 He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed.
There is an “image” of the antichrist that is somehow given life to speak and act. In decades past, we might have thought this was strictly supernatural. It might be; but let me ask you this: Doesn’t this sound like Artificial Intelligence?
I just read a chilling article titled, Killer robots ‘so intelligent they’re like gods’ will rule mankind: ‘Humans will be ants.’
Excerpts:
[David Wood] A leading futurist has claimed that killer robots don’t need to be evil to be driven to wipe-out humanity.
“We’ve spent maybe 50 to 100 years building AI – eventually smarter than humans – and that AI will then spend 100, not years, but months, or weeks, or maybe days, even hours, building a much, much smarter AI.”
The big question then, David added, is: “Would we understand in advance what AI want to do?”
To hammer home how stupid humans will be in the eyes in these super-machines, David compared us to prehistoric apes.
We will therefore be at the mercy of these new “beings” whose goals are “so far advanced of ours that we can’t conceive it”, he said.

Terminators are not going to one day rule the earth. Jesus is coming to do that.
What I am pointing to here is that the Bible mentions something that could very well be fulfilled by AI technology. It is exactly what you’d expect in light of prophecy.
We’re not saying the things we report are the fulfillment – only that they are things to be expected.
Jesus promised He’d return to rapture His church – which entails the resurrection of the dead in Christ of the Church Age, then the translation from earth to Heaven of all living believers. It is presented in the Bible as an imminent (any-moment) event.
Then comes the seven-year great tribulation; then comes the second coming of Jesus Christ; then comes the 1000 year kingdom on earth; then comes the final judgment of all mankind; then comes eternity – with the Lord in Heaven, or without Him in conscious torment in the Lake of Fire.
Are you ready for the rapture? If not, get ready, stay ready, and keep looking up. Ready or not, Jesus is coming!
