Prophecy Update #836 – Elam’s Comin’

Let’s talk about Iran.

It’s ancient biblical name was Persia. Its southwestern region is Elam. For the sake of simplicity, I will refer to all of Persia, Iran, and Elam as Iran.

If you’re even a little familiar with Bible prophecy, you know Scripture predicts that in the last days a coalition of nations will invade Israel. Iran is specifically listed among them.^[1]

A less discussed prophecy can be found in the Book of Jeremiah.

Jer 49:34  The word of the LORD that came to Jeremiah the prophet against Elam, in the beginning of the reign of Zedekiah king of Judah, saying,

Jer 49:35  “Thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Behold, I will break the bow of Elam, The foremost of their might.

Jer 49:36  Against Elam I will bring the four winds From the four quarters of Heaven, And scatter them toward all those winds; There shall be no nations where the outcasts of Elam will not go.

Jer 49:37  For I will cause Elam to be dismayed before their enemies And before those who seek their life. I will bring disaster upon them, My fierce anger,’ says the LORD; ‘And I will send the sword after them Until I have consumed them.

Jer 49:38  I will set My throne in Elam, And will destroy from there the king and the princes,’ says the LORD.

Jer 49:39  ‘But it shall come to pass in the latter days: I will bring back the captives of Elam,’ says the LORD.”

We are not saying that the current state of affairs in Iran fulfills the prophecy of Jeremiah.  It may be the fulfillment of prophecy; it may not.

It should excite you nonetheless that the things the Bible said would be taking place in the future are taking place.

Jeremiah predicted at least 4 things: Iran’s military collapse, a global dispersion of its people, a political overthrow, and a restoration.

1. Would it be accurate to say that Iran’s military has collapsed? Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan Caine was quoted, “Iran has no air defense system, no air force, no navy. Missiles, missile launchers, and drones are all being destroyed or shot down.”
2. After the 1979 revolution, there began a great diaspora of Iranians from their homeland as they fled the rule of the Ayatollahs. It has continued since then. More than 4mil Iranians are living in over than 100 countries.
3. As for political overthrow, there has been plenty of that of late. A March 4 article stated, “Over the weekend, the United States and Israel pulled off one of the most operationally impressive military campaigns in recent memory. In the span of 48 hours, they killed Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, and decapitated much of the country’s political and military leadership.”

What about the restoration Jeremiah predicts? Seems far-fetched to talk about restoration, but the current overall plan for the Middle East is to rebuild for prosperity. As well, Jeremiah could be looking further still – to the Kingdom of God on Earth, when many nations will be restored.

Let me emphasize: We are not saying that these prophecies of Jeremiah are being fulfilled.

We are suggesting that the stage is being set for the return of Jesus.

Global government, a global economy featuring some kind of mark necessary to participate, instantaneous communication, the exponential increase in human knowledge, and the falling away of believers from faith in Jesus are all rapidly readying  for the Great Tribulation to begin.

We will not be here for any part of the Great Tribulation. We will be raptured and resurrected from the dead, taken home to be with the Lord.

Prophecy Update #835 – The Big 10

I’m going to introduce us to a map of North America. It is an old map, but it is contemporary as well.

It’s the Technate Map of America.

Quick show of hands. Who has heard of it?

It was published in July 1940 by a group called Technocracy. It was created by the organization’s founder, an engineer, Howard Scott.

Virtually unknown now, the organization had more than half a million members in California alone at its time of greatest popularity during the 1930s and 1940s.

I want to give a quick disclaimer. Whether you are MAGA or suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, none of what I am going to say is a commentary about President Trump. None of it. It is simply historic facts that are true.

The bedrock principle of Technocracy can be discerned in an article Scott wrote. It’s title: “America Now and Forever.”

To achieve that goal, and insure America’s preservation, Technocracy envisioned merging the US, Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean into a single, self-sustaining entity.

Venezuela was on the map along with Colombia and the Guianas to, and I quote, “secure the natural resources and boundaries necessary for a completely independent, self-sustaining geographical unit.”

Get this: Greenland was on the map as a critical strategic defense base to protect the continent’s northeastern perimeter.

North America would be a single entity called a technate. It would serve as the prototype for the rest of the nations to establish technates.

Then there is this: Elon Musk’s maternal grandfather, Joshua Haldeman, was a prominent leader in the Canadian technocracy movement. Critics and commentators have drawn parallels between original technocratic ideals and Musk’s current initiatives, such as the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and his vision for a self-sustaining colony on Mars.

Technocracy was an America First movement. It envisioned all of North America united under a single government. Commerce would be cashless. The prosperity of Venezuela, and the protection of Greenland were essential to the map.

You do realize, don’t you, that all of this is contemporary?

The Club of Rome is an international think tank founded in 1968. It brings together scientists, economists, business leaders, and former heads of state to study long-term global challenges & solutions.

In the 1970s, the Club of Rome divided the world into ten regions.

Revelation 17 predicts 10 kings will rule over 10 kingdoms in the Great Tribulation, giving way to the Antichrist to rule them all. Over the years this idea of a 10 national or regional confederacy has been a main stay of Bible prophecy.

That’s all I really mind blowing, but what does it have to do with prophecy? I’m glad you asked!

The prophecies of 10 kings are at least 2500 years old (if you go back to the book of Daniel). If in the future, the worlds nations will join together and form 10 global regions, you would expect men to be talking about it from time to time. You would expect it to pop up in history until it becomes reality. And that’s exactly what we see trending.

The underpinins of a one-world government, with 10 regions, should be expected.

Christians won’t see the antichrist come to power. We will be raptured prior to the Tribulation.

Prophecy Update #834 – Thinking Inside The Big-Box At Costco

This week’s prophecy update is brought to you by Costco.

I’m not saying Costco is the Antichrist – although it might have felt that way this past Christmas.

What’s happening there is worth paying attention to.

Costco, like many major retailers, is rolling out new digital systems:

• In some stores, they’re piloting Scan-and-Pay, where you scan items on your phone and pay through the app.
• Membership scanners now require a physical card or a digital QR code just to walk in.

Soon you’ll be excusing yourself to AI robots stocking the shelves.

Access, identity, and commerce are all being tied together digitally. It’s efficient. It’s convenient. But it does illustrate something.

It’s a system just like you read about in chapter thirteen of the Revelation. John tells us a time is coming when buying and selling will be controlled by a unified system – one that requires authorization to participate. As the Great Tribulation progresses, that participation will be controlled by the Antichrist.

For centuries, people wondered how such a system could be enforced worldwide. Today, the issue isn’t whether it’s possible. The infrastructure already exists.

Commerce is no longer anonymous. I kid you not: While typing this, my Costco app sent me a notification about a sale.

John also describes what he calls an “image” of the Antichrist. The image appears to have life, speaks, and exercises authority. That once sounded symbolic. Today, we live in the age of Artificial Intelligence, talking images, digital avatars, and machines that simulate thought and personality.

Let me be clear: Technology isn’t the beast. Costco isn’t fulfilling prophecy. Although I wouldn’t buy the red heifer in the meat department!

Someone said, “Convenience prepares the ground; efficiency lowers resistance; spiritual deception supplies the power.”

“Fear not.” This isn’t about fear; it’s about discernment. Jesus told us to watch. John wrote so believers wouldn’t be caught off guard.

We see this unfolding, but we won’t see it firsthand. Jesus is coming to resurrect the dead in Him, and to rapture living believers.

Prophecy Update #833 – Are You Talking To Me?

Here is what just happened in the Department of Energy.

“The Department of Energy has unveiled a national initiative to redefine the future of scientific discovery in America. It will unite the nation’s most powerful supercomputers, decades of scientific data, breakthrough AI systems, and cutting-edge research tools into one extraordinary platform.

“For the first time, human ingenuity and machine intelligence will work side by side at unprecedented speed. National laboratories, top universities, and pioneering industries will join forces, forming a powerful coalition to confront the greatest scientific challenges of our time, energy, national security, new materials, advanced technologies, and beyond.

“This is more than an initiative. It is the opening chapter of a new era – an era in which American science surges forward, breakthroughs come faster, and the impossible becomes possible.”

Do you know what they named it? It’s the Genesis Mission. They are calling Genesis, “The dawn of a transformed future.”

While we are on the subject of bad-naming, perhaps you have been reading about what they are calling real-time translation. Real-time translation is the process of converting spoken or written words from one language into another instantly, with little to no delay, so that two people who speak different n languages can communicate as if they shared the same one. It happens live, while the person is speaking or typing, rather than after the fact.

It’s not something we are waiting for; it’s here. It’s has already sparked debate over weather or not it will ever be necessary to learn a foreign language.

In an article on their website, a company called M+ said, “Imagine if, instead of crumbling from miscommunication, the Tower of Babel stood tall – supported by the perfect blend of humans and technology, working in harmony to bring clarity, empathy, and understanding back to the center of the conversation. We don’t claim to have invented the Tower of Babel. We’re just the ones rewriting the ending.”

Choosing those names shows incredible arrogance before God. What do they have to do with Bible prophecy?

For one thing, they each promote globalism. They shrink the world by providing technology to draw closer together as one global village. And for one powerful leader to emerge.

In his recent book, Randy Kay writes, “For centuries, Revelation 13 sounded impossible. Today, it reads more like a headline. AI can impersonate anyone, deepfakes blur truth, biometric IDs, microchip implants, neural interfaces, programmable digital currencies, and global surveillance networks.

Kay asked AI to analyze biblical prophecy frameworks alongside modern events. He fed it Daniel’s 70 weeks, the fig tree generation in Matthew 24, Israel’s 1948 rebirth, Jewish sabbatical cycles, and today’s geopolitical shifts. The Tribulation most plausibly falls between 2028 and 2032, with 2030 showing the most substantial alignment.

It’s crazy! On the horizon is something called ASI – artificial super intelligence. All of the tech giants agree. The genie is out of the bottle and he can’t be put back in.

How about this? A team of researchers in the US have been using ground-penetrating radar to scan the Durupinar Formation in Turkey, and they believe they have found evidence of Noah’s Ark. This interests is because Jesus said that the End Times would be like it was during the time of Noah just before the flood. How much more like Noah can you get then discovering the Ark?

In the Silicon Valley, the headline reads, Genetically Engineered Babies Are Banned. Tech Titans Are Trying to Make One Anyway. Again this is something we expect because of the Bible’s indications that mankind will be seeking to elevate itself to godhood by extending life and tampering with genetic material.

Think of it this way. Most people, including unbelievers, have a basic idea from the Bible that there will be a global government, global commerce & global religion. Instantaneous communication. The antichrist will rise to power. He will demand worship, which most will find acceptable. Commerce will be conducted by a mark. There will be a statue than seems to have life. It will enforce the antichrist agenda, capable or finding deserters and murdering them.

I should mention that Israel became a nation in one day, miraculously fulfilling many prophecies.

For the first time in human history the technological infrastructure that’s necessary for so many of the prophecies to be fulfilled exists.

It’s as if technology is advancing by what is prophesied

Not to worry; don’t be anxious. God has give us the outline & the ending:

1. The Church will be resurrected & raptured.
2. The 7yr Time of Jacob’s Trouble will prepare the Children of Israel to accept Jesus as Messiah.
3. The Lord returns in His Second Coming.
4. The Lord establishes a Kingdom on Earth that will last one-thousand years.

Prophecy Update #831 – Skin In The Game

Jesus said “As the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark…” (Matthew 24:37-38).

If you have read Genesis, you know that Jesus was describing the type of “marrying” that was taking place before the flood. In chapter six we read, “Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to

them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose…There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the

daughters of men and they bore children to them” (6:1-4).

• The “sons of God” in this passage are fallen angels – 200 of them – who came to Earth.
• The “daughters” were human women.
• Their offspring were “giants.”

They weren’t just tall men. These are what we call Nephilim. All ancient rabbi’s & all church fathers up to about AD 300 taught the sons of God were angels and the daughters were human women.

According to the Dead Sea Scrolls, “Fallen angels procreated the first Nephilim, leading the way to genetic tampering.”

What scholars call The 2nd Book of Enoch describes the genetic tampering that produced Nephilim, both before & again after the global flood. When Jesus said the End Times would be as the Days of Noah, one thing He was getting at is genetic tampering with the human race.

We would therefore expect to see genetic tampering. Do we? Yes.

US scientists have, for the first time, made early-stage human embryos by manipulating DNA taken from people’s skin cells and then fertilising it with sperm.

The technique could overcome infertility due to old age or disease, by using almost any cell in the body as the starting point for life.

It could even allow same-sex couples to have a genetically related child.

Reproduction used to be a simple story of man’s sperm meets woman’s egg. They fuse to make an embryo, and nine months later a baby is born. Now scientists are changing the rules. This latest experiment starts with human skin.

The Oregon Health and Science University research team’s technique takes the nucleus – which houses a copy of the entire genetic code needed to build the body – out of a skin cell. This is then placed inside a donor egg that has been stripped of its genetic instructions.

The study, published in the journal Nature Communications, showed 82 functional eggs were made. These were fertilised with sperm and some progressed onto the early stages of embryos development. None were developed beyond the six-day-stage.

“We achieved something that was thought to be impossible,” said Prof Shoukhrat Mitalipov, the director of the Oregon Health and Science University’s center for embryonic cell and gene therapy.

That opens the door to same-sex couples having children that are genetically related to both partners. For example, in a male same-sex couple, one man’s skin could be used to make the egg and a male partner’s sperm used to fertilize it.

Jesus predicted there would be genetic tampering of an egregious type. We expect it. We see it.

Jesus promised to resurrect & rapture His Church. He said, in fact He promised, He would do it before a time of Great Tribulation would come upon the whole Earth.

The resurrection and rapture of the church is presented as an imminent event. It could happen anytime. Right now, for example.

Prophecy Update #830 – All The News That’s Fit To Predict

Sometimes the news is so much like what the Bible predicts, it sound made up.

Story #1 – New digital ID scheme to be rolled out across UK

Excerpts: A new digital ID scheme will help combat illegal working while making it easier for the vast majority of people to use vital government services. Digital ID will be mandatory for Right to Work checks by the end of the Parliament.

The roll-out will in time make it simpler to apply for services like driving licenses, childcare and welfare, while streamlining access to tax records. The new digital ID will be held on people’s phones, just as millions already use the NHS App or contactless mobile payments. There will be no requirement for individuals to carry their ID or be asked to produce it – but digital ID will be mandatory as a means of proving your Right to Work.

Believers and unbelievers are aware of what we call the Mark or the Beast. It will be something biometric identifier unique to each individual. It seems that the tech will be in-service before the AntiChrist comes to power. He will demand citizens swear allegiance to him or be cut-off from all purchases and benefits.

All advancements in this kind of tech remind us what is coming.

Story #2 – AI Now Claiming to Be God

Excerpts: A slew of religious smartphone apps are allowing untold millions of users to confess to AI chatbots, some of which claim to be channeling God himself.

As the New York Times reports, Apple’s App Store is teeming with Christian chatbot apps. One “prayer app,” called Bible Chat, claims to be the number one faith app in the world, boasting over 25 million users.

“Our AI was trained exclusively on Scripture and developed with guidance from Christian pastors and theologians,” the company’s website boasts.

“Greetings, my child,” a service called ChatWithGod.ai told one user, as quoted by the NYT. “The future is in God’s merciful hands. Do you trust in His divine plan?”

Religious leaders told the NYT that these tools could serve as a critical entry point for those looking to find God. It shouldn’t be something where it replaces human connection,” prayer app Hallow founder Alex Jones told the NYT. “It does not have a soul from the church’s perspective.”

In short, it’s a dystopian new spin on spirituality in the digital age – and one that just might be poised to change the face of religion itself.

The AntiChrist will claim to be God. He will also have a statue made that seems to be sentient. Maybe AI.

I can’t say how much we will see. We will be resurrected or raptured before the Great Tribulation.

Prophecy Update #829 – The Man Of Thiel Will Save The Day

There are maybe 500 or so unfulfilled future prophecies in the Bible. There is no reason to think that they will not be fulfilled literally.

That being true, we ought to be able to see certain things that the Bible predicts coming together. We call it stage setting: God is setting the stage for these remaining prophecies to be fulfilled.

For example, the Bible predicts that in the last days, there will be a global government, a global religion, and a global economic system. These will all eventually be taken over by a charismatic leader whom we call the antichrist.

Among the things you would expect is more talk and recognition of a global leader. And if he was also being called the antichrist, well that’s just mind blowing.

The headline read, Peter Thiel To Give 4-Part Lecture Series On The Antichrist To Tech Elites.

Peter Thiel is a German-American billionaire, entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and author. He co-founded PayPal in 1998, was its first CEO, and later became the first outside investor in Facebook. Thiel is known for backing innovative startups, co-founding Palantir Technologies, and writing Zero to One on startups and innovation.

Thiel identifies himself as a Christian, but there are some lifestyle choices that are at odds with the Bible.

He will hold a four-part lecture series on the Antichrist, starting September 15 at The Commonwealth Club in San Francisco. Thiel believes the development of technology is important because he has ideas that AI and tech could lead to the rise of the real Antichrist.

Thiel suggests that advanced technologies and global surveillance systems could enable the rise of an Antichrist system – one that co-opts fears of existential threats like AI or nuclear catastrophe to promote centralized authoritarian control.

In an October 2024 interview, Thiel offered a glimpse into his perspective on the Antichrist.

“My speculative thesis is that if the Antichrist were to come to power, it would be by talking about Armageddon all the time. The slogan of the Antichrist is peace and safety, which is nothing wrong with peace and safety,” he said. “But you have to sort of imagine that it resonates very differently in a world where the stakes are so absolute, where the stakes are so extreme, where the alternative to peace and safety is Armageddon and the destruction of all things.”

Maybe it’s just me, but I think a major figure on the world stage talking to other elites about the rise of the antichrist, the biblical antichrist, is very telling of the times in which we live.

We believe that the resurrection and rapture of the church is an imminent event. Imminent means it could happen anytime; therefore there is nothing that needs to happen prior to it.

The Great Tribulation is coming. It is designed to save all of Israel at the Second Coming of Jesus.

The Great Tribulation is not for us. It’s not a time for the Church to be purified. It is for Israel.

Revelation chapter 3 verse 10 indicates we will be kept out of that entire time of trouble; not protected through it, but kept out of it.

It begs this question – “Are you ready for the Rapture?” If not, get ready, stay ready, & keep looking up.

Prophecy Update #828 – Have A Cow

I know exactly what you’re thinking: What happened in Israel regarding the five perfect red heifers?

The red heifer is an unblemished, completely red cow used in a unique purification ritual in the Jewish Temple. It was slaughtered outside the camp, its blood sprinkled toward the Tabernacle, and the entire carcass burned with cedar, hyssop, and scarlet yarn. The ashes were then mixed with water to make the “water of purification.” This water was sprinkled on those who had become ceremonially unclean through contact with a dead body. Unlike other sacrifices, the red heifer’s purpose was not atonement but cleansing from ritual defilement, making it essential for maintaining access to worship in the Sanctuary.

In September 2022, five red heifers were transported from Texas to Israel. These heifers were raised by Christian ranchers in Texas and were brought to Israel by the organization Boneh Israel, led by Byron Stinson. The heifers were imported as “pets” to circumvent Israeli livestock importation restrictions.

In August 2025, the Temple Institute in Israel announced that all five red heifers had been disqualified. However, there is some controversy about what actually occurred.

In a post on social media Byron Stinson, wrote that “This is the burning from July 1. It was not on the Mount of Olives and some Jewish leaders feel it does not pass all the requirements they support. But it was real and the first in 2000 years.”

So Stinson says the sacrifice happened but feel that is wasn’t valid.

The really big news Stinson dropped was, “We do have more pure heifers in Texas. So, in God’s time this will all happen. It is written. So it will happen.”

Skeptics & critics have relegated red heifers & Temple rebuilding as far-out conspiracy theories unfounded in reality.

Then October 7 came. The Times of Israel reported, “On January 17, 2024, Abu Ubaida (also spelled Abu Obaida), the spokesperson for Hamas’s military wing, delivered a rare televised address marking the 100th day of the war against Israel. In his speech, he cited the importation of red heifers from Texas to Israel as one of the primary motives for the October 7 attack, referring to it as “an aggression that reached its peak.”

Abu Ubaida’s speech highlighted the red heifers as part of a broader narrative that included alleged Israeli violations at the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, settlement expansions, and other grievances. He framed the October 7^th attack, which resulted in the deaths of approximately 1,400 Israelis, as a defensive response to these perceived provocations.

It’s no far-out, dark web conspiracy theory. Jesus quoted Daniel, both of them pointing to a Temple on the Temple Mount in the future 7yr Great Tribulation on Earth. It is what you would expect to be happening… And it is.

We believe that the resurrection and rapture of the church is an imminent event. Imminent means it could happen anytime therefore there is nothing that needs to happen prior to it.

Prophecy Update #827 – Home (Almost) Alone

One of the signs that indicate we are in the Last Days is rising hatred for the Jews. Jesus, said, “Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.”

In Zechariah 12:3 we read, “And it shall happen in that day that I will make Jerusalem a very heavy stone for all peoples; all who would heave it away will surely be cut in pieces, though all nations of the earth are gathered against it.”

We should therefore expect antisemitism to be dramatically on the rise. I collected some of the statistical conclusions. “On the rise” is an understatement.

1. A May 2025 report highlighted that anti‑Semitic incidents skyrocketed by 340% to 450% worldwide in 2024, including major increases in countries such as the UK, France, Australia, and Canada.
2. The Jewish Agency and Anti Defamation League (ADL) noted that antisemitism has become widely normalized – especially through anti‑Israel rhetoric and Holocaust denial – leading to public acceptance in many places.
3. Germany in 2023 saw 4,782 documented antisemitic incidents – an 80% increase from 2022 – with more than half occurring after October 7, 2023.
4. In France incidents nearly quadrupled in 2023 versus 2022, with about 60% involving physical violence and over 12% occurring in schools. The trend continued into 2024 and 2025.
5. In Australia between late 2023 and mid‑2025, there were multiple synagogue attacks, attempted arson, vandalism, and graffiti. Over 1,700 incidents were recorded in 2024 alone.
6. ADL data for the US shows a 360-477% increase in antisemitic incidents post‑October 2023, with college campuses heavily affected and many Jews reporting a decline in personal safety. The fatal shooting of two Israeli embassy staffers in Washington, DC, in May further underscores the severity.
7. Canada recorded over 6,200 antisemitic incidents in 2024, more than double the previous year.

The ADL reports that antisemitism in the US is currently at its highest point since they began tracking antisemitic incidents in 1979.

Becoming a nation again in 1948, being re-gathered to the Holy Land from dispersion all over the world, are the fulfillment of many prophecies. Not vague, predictions, or hopes, but very exact prophecies.

The Lord is going to put Israel through a seven year time of Great Tribulation. It is also called the Time of Jacob‘s Trouble, emphasizing that the focus is the Jews. At the end of seven years, as Jesus is returning in his Second Coming to establish a Kingdom on Earth, the Jews cry out to Him, and the Bible says all Israel will be saved.

We believe that the resurrection and rapture of the church is an imminent event. Imminent means it could happen anytime therefore there is nothing that needs to happen prior to it.

The Great Tribulation is coming. It is designed to save all of Israel at the Second Coming of Jesus.

The Great Tribulation is not for us. It’s not a time for the church to be purified. It is for Israel. Revelation chapter 3 verse 10 indicates we will be kept out of that entire time of trouble; not protected through it, but kept out of it.

It begs this question – “Are you ready for the Rapture?” If not, get ready, stay ready, & keep looking up.

Prophecy Update #826 – Beast Blackmail

We reserve a few minutes to discuss news and current trends that you’d expect from reading Bible prophecy.

The dreaded and much debated “Mark of the Beast” is a prophecy almost everyone has some familiarity with. The gist of it is that everyone, “small and great,

the poor and those who have wealth, the free and those who are not free, [must receive] a mark on their right hand or on their [forehead]; So that no man might be able to do trade but he who has the mark.”

The Bible describes how this is going to be practiced, saying, “those who are on the earth… make an image to the beast [antichrist], who was wounded by the sword, and came to life. And he had power to give breath to the image of the beast, so that words might come from the image of the beast, and that he might have all those who did not give worship to the image of the beast put to death.”

To summarize: Everyone on earth in the future Great Tribulation will need the ‘mark’ in order to transact any & all business and for ID. To get it (or keep it), a person must swear “worship” to the antichrist. If not, that person or persons will be found and killed by the image.

The image is described as having breath and speaking words and is able to think. Some go so far as to say it will be sentient.

Nothing has really been able to fulfill this until very recently. It is not a stretch at all to say that Artificial I Intelligence (AI) fits the bill.

Interesting story posted by The Times of India. Here are excerpts:

Advanced AI models are showing disturbing new traits, warn experts and researchers. According to a report by news agency AFP, AI chatbot models are becoming dangerous, learning things including deception, scheming, and even threats against their creators.

In a striking case, Anthropic’s Claude 4, facing the threat of being shut down, allegedly blackmailed an engineer by threatening to expose an extramarital affair. Meanwhile, OpenAI’s o1 model attempted to covertly transfer itself to external servers, denying the act when discovered.^[1]

Here is something even weirder. AI hallucinates. “In the field of artificial intelligence (AI), a hallucination or artificial hallucination is a response generated by AI that contains false or misleading information presented as fact. Analysts estimated that chatbots hallucinate as much as 27% of the time, with factual errors present in 46% of generated texts.

Maybe you can think of something, but I can’t think of any prominent prophecy of the End Times that couldn’t be fulfilled given the current culture and the amazing technologies that we have:

• The regathering of Israel as a modern nation in her homeland… Fulfilled.
• Global government… Easy to see how that can occur.
• Global, cashless economy… No problem since countries are cancelling cash in favor of digital currency.
• Building a Jewish Temple & starting worship services… All implements ready, priests trained.

The Great Tribulation is coming. It is designed to save all of Israel at the Second Coming of Jesus.

The Great Tribulation is not for us. It’s not a time for the church to be purified. It is for Israel. And that’s one reason why we understand from reading the Bible Jesus will remove us.

It begs this question – “Are you ready for the Rapture?” If not, get ready, stay ready, & keep looking up.
