The Bible accurately foretells specific events – in precise detail – sometimes even centuries before they occur.
Approximately 2500 prophecies appear in the pages of the Bible. About 2000, or 80%, have already been fulfilled to the letter, with no errors.
Because we know that the remaining 500 or so prophecies will definitely be fulfilled, we look for news, and trends, that you’d expect to be taking place.
You might call them the signs of the times.
Easily the most well-known and fantastic end times prophecy is the Mark of the Beast.
The “Beast” is a description given to the future world leader we know best as the antichrist.
His “Mark” happens when he forces everyone in the future Tribulation to swear their allegiance to him. Many will do so willingly, but, if you don’t, you will no longer be able to transact any business. You will not be able to buy anything, including food.
The apostle John predicted all this in the first century while in exile on the Island of Patmos. He saw everyone being able to be identified by something in or on their hand or forehead.
Thus whenever we read about advances in technology that could accomplish this, we report on them.
On June 10, the folks over at a place called Collective-Evolution reported on something Elon Musk just said. Musk is a major player in the tech field. He’s the brains and money behind the Tesla Corporation and Solar City; and he was a co-founder of eBay. His words have weight.
The article was titled, WHY ELON MUSK IS ADVOCATING FOR BRAIN CHIPPING THE HUMAN RACE.

Remember when credit and debit cards went from smooth plastic to microchipped? That could be you in a few years, as multiple corporations are pushing to microchip the human race.
Elon Musk has now weighed in on the debate, referring to microchips as a ‘neural lace,’ and arguing that they will be “the thing that really matters for humanity to achieve symbiosis with machines.” Musk has expressed his concern that artificial intelligence might one day take over humanity and possibly treat us like a second class species. He believes the only way to prevent this type of future is this neural lace.
The neural lace would be a type of brain implant that would grow into the brain and allow neurons to be programmed, strengthened, and even enhanced, essentially augmenting human intelligence.
As if that isn’t creepy enough, listen to the commentary by the reporter:
If it came down to it, and we were required to have chip implants to replace our social security IDs, licenses, credit cards, etc., and we were unable to purchase a home, buy groceries, and otherwise participate in modern life, would you allow yourself to be chipped? What would you do?

That is exactly what John saw two thousand years ago. Coincidence? No; prophecy.
While we look for signs of the times, there is one event that has no sign. It is presented as being imminent – meaning, it could occur at any moment.
Jesus will come and resurrect the dead believers, than snatch-away those who are alive. We call this the Rapture of the church.
